St. Ann, MO – This past Saturday, the St. Ann Community Center was abuzz with excitement as Fight Sports STL hosted an exhilarating evening of exhibition boxing, professional boxing, MMA, and kickboxing.
The main event
The main event of the evening was a professional boxing match between Charles Hackmann, weighing in at 224.9 pounds, and Dusty Chandler, who weighed in at 368 pounds. Despite a daunting 143-pound weight disadvantage, Hackmann’s determination and skill shone through, leading him to a dominant victory by unanimous decision.
From the moment the fighters entered the ring, the atmosphere was electric. Hackmann, known as the first boxer to go to decision with Kimbo Slice, faced an imposing opponent in Chandler, whose sheer size and strength posed a significant challenge. However, Hackmann’s agility and strategic prowess quickly became evident over the course of the fight.
